Scope of Application

Used for the rapid and accurate detection of the particulate protection efficiency of various flat and 3D masks.

Instrument Features

  1. Photometer Sensor: Uses a photometer sensor to detect upstream and downstream particle concentrations, ensuring sampling is accurate, stable, rapid, and effective.

  2. Stable Flow System: The system test flow is mainly provided by external dry, clean compressed air. Internal pressure and flow stabilizers are installed to ensure flow stability, managed by a simple, quick, and stable automatic control system.

  3. Collision Nozzle Design: Features a Collision multi-nozzle design, allowing both salt and oily particulate matter tests on the same instrument, ensuring rapid and stable aerosol concentration adjustment.

  4. Child Headform Option: Can be equipped with an optional moving silicone headform for GB/T 38880-2020 children's mask testing.

  5. Breathing Simulator: Configured with a breathing simulator that allows arbitrary setting of exhalation volume and breathing frequency.
