Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
The Respirator Mechanical Strength Pre-conditioning Machine is designed to perform mechanical strength pre-conditioning on respirators prior to other testing procedures.
The test sample is placed horizontally inside a steel enclosure. It undergoes continuous vibration at a frequency of (100±5) rpm for a duration of 20 minutes. Upon completion, the samples are removed for subsequent testing.
The machine consists of a motor, cam mechanism, steel enclosure, steel platform (base), and a motor drive system.
