Instrument Features

1. System Composition: The overall equipment consists of a semi-circular arc bow, a recording device, a base stand, and a test headform.

2. Semi-circular Arc Bow: With a radius of (300-340) mm, it can rotate around the horizontal radius plane passing through its midpoint 0°. It is graduated every 5° from 0° to 90° on both sides and is equipped with a sliding white visual target.

3. Recording Device: The recording needle is linked to the visual target via a shaft wheel assembly, recording the position and angle of the target correspondingly onto the field of vision chart.

4. Base Stand: Used to support the semi-circular arc bow and fix the recording device.

5. Test Headform: A standard headform equipped with small light bulbs in the eye holes. The bulb position and headform placement comply with GB 2890 requirements. The installation position on the workbench ensures that the left and right eyes are placed at the center of the semi-circular arc bow, looking directly at the "0" point.

Technical Specifications

1. Arc Bow Radius: 335 mm.

2. Left/Right Field of Vision: ≤ 120°.

3. Bulb Distance: The line connecting the apexes of the bulbs is positioned at (7 ± 0.5) mm behind the midpoint between the two eyes.
