Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
The Respirator Lens Tester is designed to evaluate the damage resistance of respirator lenses by subjecting them to a free-falling steel ball from a specific height.
During the test, the sample is correctly fitted onto a test headform. The headform is positioned and secured with the lens facing upwards. A steel ball is then released to free-fall from a height of 1.3m onto the center of the lens. The operator records whether any fracture or breakage occurs.
The instrument consists of a machine base, a steel ball clamping and release mechanism, and a headform.
Suitable for all types of full-facepiece respirators.
