Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
Designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB 9779-2015 "Multi-layer architectural coatings", the CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester is suitable for testing the initial drying crack resistance of architectural coatings and interior/exterior building putties under specified wind speed conditions.
GB 9779-2015 "Multi-layer architectural coatings"
JG/T 24-2000 "Synthetic resin emulsion sand-textured architectural coatings"
The JL-CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester features a test panel placed parallel to the airflow direction within a wind tunnel. After starting the axial fan, the air volume control device adjusts the wind speed to 3 ± 0.3 m/s.
The coated test panel is placed on the panel rack inside the wind tunnel. The drying control time is adjusted according to product requirements. Once the time is reached, the machine automatically stops, and the operator visually inspects the panel surface for any cracks.
Wind Speed Control: 3 ± 0.3 m/s
Operating Voltage: 200~240V, 50Hz
Lab Environment: Temperature 23 ± 2℃, Relative Humidity 50% ± 5%
