适用于各种安全平网立网密目式安全立网燃烧(阻燃)性能的测定。 根据GB5725-2009安全网中5.1.12阻燃性能阻燃性平(立)网,按6.1.6规定的方法进行测试,续燃、阴燃时间均不应大于4秒。 按照5.2.2.9阻燃性能,密目式安全立网阻燃性能按照6.2.12规定的测试方法进行测试,横中方向的续燃及阴燃时间不应大于4秒 测试要求:从样品网上随机取下长度300正负5mm的网绳编绳系绳各五根,按照GB5455规定的方法进行测试,结果保留小数点后一位。

Technical Parameters:
Touch screen display and control.
The equipment consists of two parts: a touch screen control cabinet and a combustion chamber. The internal dimensions of the combustion chamber are 330 × 330 × 765 mm.
The front of the combustion chamber features a tempered glass observation door.
The top of the chamber is evenly distributed with 16 exhaust holes (inner diameter 12.5 mm); each of the two sides of the combustion chamber is distributed with 6 exhaust holes (inner diameter 12.5 mm).
A top plate is installed on the top of the chamber.
A bracket is set on the top of the chamber to hang the specimen holder. The bottom of the specimen holder is located 17 mm above the highest point of the burner nozzle.
The burner nozzle has an inner diameter of 11 mm, and the nozzle head is at a 25° angle to the vertical line. Ignition time is accurate to 0.05 s.
Gas Source: Industrial grade propane, butane, or propane/butane mixture. If the specimen undergoes pretreatment according to 7.3, methane gas with a purity of not less than 97% shall be used. Note: Gas source and connecting fittings are to be provided by the user.

Microcontroller (MCU) control with digital automatic timing.
Bunsen burner flame application time: 0-99 min 99 s, arbitrarily settable, accuracy ±0.01 s.
Afterflame and afterglow time: Maximum 0-99 min 99 s.
Bunsen burner blue flame height: Arbitrarily adjustable from 15 mm to 175 mm, equipped with a flame height scale.
Bunsen burner automatic ignition time: Arbitrarily settable.
