Scope of Application
【Operating Instructions】
The Touch Screen Building Material Combustibility Test Furnace features a stainless steel enclosure. It is an upgraded version of the older JCK-2 model, now featuring touch screen control, automated specimen lifting, and adjustable Bunsen burner进退 (advance/retract) functions. It is a high-configuration instrument produced strictly in accordance with the national standard GB8626-2007.
(Note: The text in red refers to parameters currently mandatory for acceptance by third-party testing agencies.)
The Building Material Combustibility Test Furnace is used to determine the combustibility of building products by directly impinging a small flame on a vertically placed specimen in a normal combustion environment. Utilizing the German Kleinbrenner principle, it is used to determine the combustion performance of Class B building materials (i.e., for the determination/judgment of Class B fire retardant ratings) under direct impingement of a small vertical flame.
ISO 11925-2:2002 E "Reaction to fire tests for building products"
GB/T 8626-2007 "Reaction to fire tests for building products"
Note on Wind Speed Device: Section 4.10 of GB8626-2007 lists the wind speed device as optional. However, recent third-party testing agency inspections generally require it. While this device is not included in the initial procurement, it can be added later.
Ergonomic Design: All tests are operated via the touch screen with a high degree of automation. It can store and retrieve past test results.
Automated Lifting: Servo motor-driven specimen rack with controllable automatic lifting.
Burner Adjustment: The Bunsen burner allows for advance and retract adjustment.
Durable Enclosure: Constructed with 1.5mm stainless steel plate.
Observation: Features 2 toughened heat-resistant glass doors for dual-angle observation of the test; equipped with locks for convenience and security.
Ignition: High-voltage automatic ignition for durable combustion.
Tilt Function: The ignition source can automatically tilt to 45°.
Flame Control: Flame height is adjusted via a precision regulating valve.
Specimen Movement: The specimen rack can be moved up/down and forward/backward.
Clamps: Equipped with two types of specimen clamps.
Measurement: Includes a flame measurement scale.
Performance: High automation, precise experimental data, and ease of operation.
Dimensions: W835 × D400 × H815 mm.
Material: 1.5mm Stainless Steel.
Ventilation: The bottom of the enclosure features a flat natural air inlet composed of 2.5cm × 2.55cm grid vents (genuine 1.5mm thick steel vent, 50mm high) to maintain smooth airflow.
Craftsmanship: Fine workmanship with a truly seamless (weld-free) process.
Touch Display Specs:
Size: 7-inch (Effective display: 15.5cm L × 8.6cm W)
Resolution: 800 × 480
Interface: RS232, 3.3V CMOS or TTL, Serial port
Storage: 1G
Performance: Pure hardware FPGA drive display with "zero" start-up time; operational immediately upon power-up.
Architecture: M3 + FPGA architecture (M3 handles command parsing, FPGA focuses on TFT display).
Power Saving: Main controller uses a low-power processor and automatically enters energy-saving mode.
Ambient Temperature: 15℃ to 25℃
Relative Humidity: ≤ 85%
Power Supply: 220V, 50Hz, 100W
Gas Source: Commercial propane with purity ≥ 95%. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) can be used for general tests. (Note: Gas source and connection fittings are supplied by the user.)
Application Time: The Bunsen burner applies flame to the specimen for 15s.
Control: Microcontroller (MCU) control with digital display.
Burner Specs: Burner orifice diameter Φ0.17mm; Bunsen burner flame length 20mm ± 1mm; Burner can be tilted 45°.
Timing: Flame application time (1s - 99s) ± 0.5s, arbitrarily adjustable, precision ± 0.2s.
Fuel: Combustible gas source: Propane with purity > 95%. (Note: Gas source and connection fittings are supplied by the user.)
