1. 热变形·维卡软化点温度测定仪采用国际和国家标准设计,用来测定塑胶原料或成品受热软化性能。 2. 本仪器采用自主开发的控制软件,可以通过软件进行参数设置、试验控制、自动绘制温度曲线、保存试验结果、进行仪器校准等功能 3. 本仪器采用大跨度一体成型试样架,最大试样跨度可达到100mm,且每个试样架支撑体均使用整块钢材铣削加工而成而非多块拼接,这样就保证了试样架的刚性和膨胀率的一致性,大大提高了测试精度。通过更换压头,该仪器可以测定热变形温度和维卡温度,采用变压器油(200℃以内)或甲基硅油(300℃以内)作为导热介质,机械式双搅拌器进行箱体内油料循环,大容量油箱设计,温度控制稳定,温场均匀。 4. 本仪器采用32位ARM嵌入式系统控制,运算速度快,指令无延迟。使用24位AD转换器采集温度和位移数据,数据准确,精度高,为提高测试精度提供了物理保证。采用液晶中文显示,菜单操作方式,机器运行状况和设置参数一目了然,操作简单,易学易用。 采用等速升温算法,融合实时温度数据和历史温度数据综合计算出加热控制数据并实时调整,使得升温速率线性度非常高,基本在每一分钟内的升温值都是标准数值,如果环境温度、电压发生波动而影响即时温度值,也会在很短的时间内自动调整到标准速率上。 5. 仪器具有超过最高温度自动停止加热功能,具有较高的安全性。 6. 仪器试验结束后自动停止,并显示每个试样架的结果温度。试验结束后试验结果自动保存,方便以后查阅。 7. 本型号为台式结构,标准配置3个工位。可为用户定制多工位机型。
【Operating Instructions】
Designed according to international and national standards, this tester is used to determine the heat softening performance of plastic raw materials or finished products.
It features independently developed control software that allows for parameter setting, test control, automatic plotting of temperature curves, saving of test results, and instrument calibration.
The instrument adopts a large-span, one-piece specimen rack. The maximum specimen span can reach 100mm. Each support is milled from a single block of steel rather than being拼接 (spliced), ensuring rigidity and consistent thermal expansion, which significantly improves test accuracy. By changing the indenter/head, the instrument can measure both Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) and Vicat temperature. It uses transformer oil (up to 200℃) or methyl silicone oil (up to 300℃) as the heat transfer medium. A mechanical double stirrer circulates the oil, and the large-capacity tank design ensures stable temperature control and a uniform thermal field.
Controlled by a 32-bit ARM embedded system, the instrument offers fast computing and zero instruction delay. It uses a 24-bit AD converter to collect temperature and displacement data, ensuring high accuracy and precision. The LCD interface features a Chinese menu system, making the machine's status and parameters clear at a glance.
Isothermal Rise Algorithm: The system fuses real-time and historical temperature data to calculate heating control data. This ensures a highly linear heating rate (standard value per minute). If environmental temperature or voltage fluctuations affect the immediate temperature, the system automatically adjusts back to the standard rate within a short time.
The instrument features an automatic heating cutoff function when the maximum temperature is exceeded, ensuring high safety.
The test stops automatically upon completion, displaying the result temperature for each specimen rack. Results are automatically saved for future reference.
This model features a benchtop structure with a standard configuration of 3 stations. Multi-station models can be customized.
