Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    This instrument meets the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in National Standard GB/T 14402-2007 "Combustion performance of building materials and products - Determination of heat of combustion". It is suitable for testing the combustion heat value of building materials. The test method specified in this standard is used to determine the absolute heat of combustion of test products, regardless of their form.

【Scope of Application】

【Instrument Features】

  1. Temperature Differential: Meets the national standard requirement that "at the endpoint, the inner vessel temperature is approximately 1K higher than the outer vessel."

  2. Microcomputer System: Retains all functions of the microcomputer system. It can run general software for other tasks while simultaneously starting the calorimeter measurement system. The system can automatically calibrate the water equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimetric system and measure the heat generation of substances. (Note: Computer and printer are supplied by the user; host software, router, and network cable are included with the equipment).

  3. Stirring System: The inner vessel uses an electric stirrer with vane blades, while the outer vessel uses a submersible electric stirrer, ensuring more uniform and convenient mixing. The instrument uses a fuse-type cotton thread ignition method.

  4. User Interface: Operates on Windows 7 and above. Features full Chinese character prompts and human-machine interaction throughout the process. It is easy to learn and use; simply follow the prompts to complete the test.

  5. Temperature Control: Automatically controls the outer jacket water temperature at the set point, ensuring that actual temperature changes do not affect the cooling correction, resulting in more accurate measurements.

  6. Cooling Correction: Automatically adjusts inner and outer vessel temperatures. Adopts a cooling correction system, water circulation system, and software automatic error compensation system to minimize cooling correction errors and improve measurement accuracy.
