Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    The thermal insulation efficiency test for steel structure fire retardant coatings is a newly added test item in the 2018 version of the national standard GB14907 "Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coatings"; it was not present in the 2002 version. Consequently, the Thermal Insulation Efficiency and Fire Resistance Limit Test Furnace became a key focus for equipment upgrades in related enterprises and institutions in 2019. According to GB14907-2018, the requirement for the thermal insulation efficiency deviation of indoor/outdoor steel structure fire retardant coatings is ±15%.

Introduction to the Test Furnace:The Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coating Thermal Insulation Efficiency and Fire Resistance Limit Test Furnace is a specialized instrument developed specifically for testing the fire resistance performance of steel structure fire retardant coatings. It is based on the technical specifications stipulated in National Standard GB14907-2018 "Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coatings" and GB/T9978-2008 (Sections 4 & 5, specifically 5.1 and 5.2).

The furnace features direct touch screen operation and control, eliminating the cumbersome process of connecting to a computer and installing software. The entire testing process is highly automated, offering easy operation and maintenance, with temperature errors strictly below national standard limits.

【Instrument Features】

  1. Dual Control System: Supports both Touch Screen and Computer control with wireless connectivity. One computer can control multiple instruments simultaneously, and one instrument can be controlled by multiple computers.
