The YS-1 Wire and Cable Combustion Tester is designed to evaluate the non-flame propagating performance of single plastic wires, control cables, cross-linked cables, elevator cables, marine cables, mining cables, etc. It can also be used for vertical combustion tests on high self-extinguishing low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105℃ low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant olefin irradiated insulation materials. This testing equipment features an automatic high-voltage igniter, a robust design resistant to flue gas corrosion, imported key components, digital time display, and fully automatic test program control, ensuring ease of use, stability, and reliability.

Applicable Scope:
The YS-1 Wire and Cable Combustion Tester is designed to evaluate the non-flame propagating performance of single plastic wires, control cables, cross-linked cables, elevator cables, marine cables, mining cables, etc. It can also be used for vertical combustion tests on high self-extinguishing low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105℃ low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant olefin irradiated insulation materials. Compliance Standards:
Designed according to GB/T 18380.11-2008 "Tests for electric and optical fibre cables under fire conditions - Part 11: Test apparatus - Single insulated wire or cable vertical flame spread test" and GB/T 18380.12-2008 "Tests for electric and optical fibre cables under fire conditions - Part 12: Single insulated wire or cable vertical flame spread test for a 1 kW pre-mixed flame". It is equivalent to IEC 60332-1/2.

Technical Parameters:

1. Chamber Dimensions: Internal working size: W300 × H1200 × D450 mm; External box size: W320 × H1400 × D600 mm.

2. Test Angle: 45°.

3. Timing System: Flame application time and after-flame time range from 0 to 999.9s (±0.1s). Features continuous setting, automatic recording, and manual pause functions.

4. Burner Standard Power: 1 kW.

5. Chamber Material: Electrostatically sprayed steel plate.

6. Power Supply: 220V / 50Hz.

7. Gas Supply: 95% Propane gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas / LPG can generally be used as a substitute). (To be provided by the user).
