Applicable Scope:
This instrument is used to conduct tests for resistance to tracking and erosion on electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and their materials. It simulates power frequency (45Hz - 65Hz) conditions using liquid pollutants and inclined specimens to evaluate the tracking and erosion resistance levels of electrical insulating materials used in severe environmental conditions.
Compliance Standards:
Designed according to GB 6553-2014 "Test methods for evaluating resistance to tracking and erosion of electrical insulating materials used under severe ambient conditions" (identical to IEC 60587:2007, IDT).
Instrument Features:
Equipped with a 7-inch full-color programmable touch screen and PLC control, capable of automatically calibrating the liquid flow rate.
Utilizes a high-precision constant-flow liquid pump to ensure accurate flow rates, offering greater precision than ordinary solenoid valves.
Features a detachable drip device, making it convenient to clean up excess pollutant liquid.
Incorporates a robust voltage and current protection alarm program. It automatically detects the status of the equipment door; testing cannot be initiated when the door is open, ensuring the safety of operators.
Technical Parameters:
Test Stations: 5 stations (1-station configuration is also available as an option).
Applied Voltage: Adjustable from 0 to 6000V ±5%. If the current in the high-voltage circuit reaches or exceeds 60mA for 2 seconds during the test, the relay activates, cutting off the current, and a buzzer alarms to indicate the specimen has failed.
Control System: Voltage, start, drain, switch, stop, exhaust, and lighting functions are all controlled via the touch screen. Test data can be stored directly on the touch screen. Upon completion, a save prompt appears automatically; users simply enter a name to save. All saved data can be queried in the history records.
Real-time Display: Displays test voltage, drip time, current magnitude, drip flow rate, equipment door status, maximum current, and test results in real-time.
Filter Paper: Manufactured according to standard dimensions, with a thickness of 0.15 to 0.17mm.
Drip Device: High-precision constant-flow drip device with adjustable height.
The drip device is detachable for easy cleaning of excess pollutant liquid, preventing corrosion of the chamber interior.
Flow Rate: Automatically adjusts the pollutant flow rate between 0.075 and 0.9 mL/min based on the voltage, eliminating the hassle of manually adjusting the flow rate after changing the voltage.
Capable of automatically calibrating liquid flow rate to ensure accuracy and uniformity of the liquid (unlike standard market devices using solenoid valves which cannot guarantee flow accuracy).
Pre-settable drip count, drip time, and test duration.
Automatically detects and indicates door status; high-voltage testing is disabled when the door is open to effectively protect operator safety.
Abnormal test voltage alarm.
Over-range voltage alarm.
Current overload protection and over-range current alarm.
Displays peak current values.
Equipped with a silent, anti-backflow exhaust device at the top to expel smoke generated by combustion after the test.
Includes an internal lighting function.
Automatically holds the state upon test completion.
Pollutant Liquid: A mixture of ammonium chloride, iso-octylphenoxy polyethoxyethanol, and a non-ionic wetting agent in distilled or deionized water. The resistivity of the pollutant liquid at (23 ± 1)℃ should be (3.95 ± 0.05) Ω·m.
Electrodes: Upper and lower electrodes are made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5mm, manufactured to standard dimensions. The spacing between the upper and lower electrodes is 50 ± 0.5mm.
Power Supply: AC 220 (±10%) V / 50Hz, 3KW.
