The Wire and Cable Inclined Combustion Tester is designed to evaluate the flame retardant performance of a single wire or cable when directly exposed to a specified flame in an inclined position. It complies with Part 3 of the GB/T 12666 standard. This testing equipment features an automatic high-voltage igniter, a robust design resistant to flue gas corrosion, digital time display, and fully automatic test program control, ensuring ease of use, stability, and reliability.

Applicable Scope:

Technical Parameters:

1. Chamber Dimensions: Internal working size: W310 × H610 × D360 mm; External box size: W638 × H670 × D365 mm.

2. Gas Supply: 95% Propane gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas / LPG can generally be used as a substitute). (To be provided by the user).

3. Timing System: Flame application time and after-flame time range from 0 to 999.9s (±0.1s). Features continuous setting, automatic recording, and manual pause functions.

4. Power Supply: 220V / 50Hz.
