YS-5KA Coal Mine Cable Load Combustion Tester

Applicable Scope:
Designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the coal industry standard MT386-2008. It is applicable for flammability testing of flame-retardant cables and flame-retardant cable joints used in coal mines as specified in MT818-2009.

Technical Parameters:

1. Combustion Chamber Dimensions: L 1100 × W 525 × H 900 mm; Test chamber volume ≥ 0.5 m³

2. Control Cabinet Dimensions: L 1500 × W 650 × H 1400 mm

3. Load Current: 10 to 5000 A, continuously adjustable.

4. Burner:

• Nozzle orifice diameter: φ0.90 ± 0.03 mm

• Nozzle length: 1.60 ± 0.05 mm

• Height from nozzle to air inlet: 102 mm

• Inner diameter of the burner tube: φ9.5 mm

• Burner angle: Vertical 90° (The longitudinal axis is kept in the vertical plane and forms a 90° angle with the vertical direction). Air intake is self-priming. Inner flame 70-80 mm, outer flame 115-135 mm, adjustable.

5. Temperature Measurement System: Imported K-type thermocouple, sheathed in a stainless steel tube with a diameter of 1.0 mm. Intelligent PID temperature controller matched with the K-type thermocouple. Reading range: 0 - 999℃.

6. Operation System:

• Automatically records combustion time and afterflame (sustained combustion) time.

• Combustion Timing: When the specimen temperature reaches the specified 204℃, the burner moves to the lower surface of the specimen to start combustion. It automatically records the combustion time (e.g., set to 1 min). When the set time is reached, the burner returns to its original position.

• Afterflame Timing: Once the combustion timing ends, this timer starts automatically. If the flame of the burning specimen extinguishes within the specified time (e.g., 4 min after flame removal), the operator presses the "Afterflame Stop" button to stop the timer and record the time. If it falls within the specified range, the specimen is judged to have passed this check.

7. Chamber Material: The chassis is formed by CNC machining with a beautiful rounded design. Made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance and resistance to rust and corrosion.

8. Timer: 0 - 999 s

9. Ignition Method: High-voltage electronic ignition, convenient and stable.
