Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    Used for artificial aging tests of various materials such as textiles, dyes, leather, plastics, paints, coatings, automotive interior parts, geotextiles, electrical and electronic products, and colored building materials under simulated sunlight exposure. It can also perform color fastness to light and weathering tests. By setting conditions such as irradiance, temperature, humidity, and rainfall in the test chamber, it provides a simulated natural environment for testing performance changes including color fading, aging, transmittance, peeling, hardening, softening, and cracking.

**【Scope of Application】**

**【Product Features】**  

1. Suitable for high-temperature, long-duration sunlight and weathering aging tests; equipped with functions such as planetary rotation, alternating light and dark cycles, and rain spray.  

2. Pre-programmed test standards for weathering and lightfastness of various materials for user convenience; also features programmable functions, complying with AATCC, ISO, GB/T, FZ/T, BS and 

other national standards.  

3. 10.4-inch large color touch screen display and operation; real-time dynamic curves for irradiance, temperature, and humidity; multi-point monitoring ensures unattended operation.  

4. 4500W water-cooled long-arc xenon lamp lighting system for true full-spectrum sunlight simulation.  

5. Equipped with automatic energy compensation, easily achieving time-based test endpoints.  

6. Supports irradiance calibration and wide-range control for four wavelength bands: 300–400 nm, 420 nm, 340 nm, and 300–800 nm; other bands can be monitored upon request to meet various 

material aging test requirements.  

7. Black panel thermometer (BPT) and standard black panel thermometer (BST) are positioned on the same level as samples (equal distance), accurately reflecting test conditions; data displayed as

 digits, charts, and curves on the touch screen without stopping the test.

of sample position.

 additional fixed or user-defined standards.
