[Scope of Application]Widely used for testing products and materials in industries such as rubber, plastics, paints, coatings, petrochemicals, automotive, and textiles. It performs solar radiation simulation tests for light color fastness, light-perspiration composite color fastness, and photo-aging. By simulating climatic conditions such as light, rain, spray, light/dark cycles, temperature, and humidity, it determines changes in material properties including fading, aging, discoloration, transmittance, peeling, hardening, and softening.

[Instrument Features]
Uses a 4500W water-cooled long-arc xenon lamp with point-source electrical-to-optical energy conversion technology. Combined with high-transmittance filters, it requires lower xenon lamp power for the same irradiation energy, making the machine truly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Offers optional wavelength monitoring at 340nm, 420nm, 300-400nm, or 280-800nm. Irradiance is digitally set, monitored in real-time, and automatically adjusted to meet the stability requirements of different standards.
Uses fiber optic technology for irradiance light guidance and 16-bit AD sampling. Processed by a 32-bit CPU with digital setting, it employs AC variable frequency stepless adjustment of the xenon lamp to fully achieve closed-loop stable automatic compensation.
The instrument uses standard lamp calibration technology to eliminate attenuation caused by the aging of the irradiance acquisition system during long-term testing.
Black Panel Thermometer (BPT) and Standard Black Thermometer (BST) are detected at the same position (equidistant) as the samples, truly reflecting the condition of the test specimens.
Intelligent circulation adjustment system with ultrasonic and PTC dual humidification, and servo motor control for circulation wind speed. This achieves closed-loop control of temperature, humidity, and black panel temperature within the test chamber, ensuring long-term stable output of test parameters.
Cooling water uses a hybrid system of internal circulation and high-efficiency heat exchange, saving water usage to a higher degree and reducing operating costs.
Extra-large test chamber design with a large-size drum-style specimen holder, offering an exposure area of 3600cm².
10.4-inch touchscreen display and control with Chinese and English interfaces. Multiple test monitoring modes (animation, digital, charts) and multi-segment programming are supported. Online programming is supported without stopping the machine, making operation convenient, intuitive, and clear.
All specimen holders feature individual timing, allowing specimens to be tested for different durations in the same machine. This facilitates test monitoring and reduces operating costs. Running time and individual timers are protected against power outages to prevent data loss.
The instrument is equipped with a communication interface and can provide A4 Chinese printing (optional).
