[Scope of Application]Suitable for light color fastness, weather fastness, light-perspiration composite color fastness, and photo-aging tests on materials such as textiles, paints, dyes, coatings, rubber, plastics, wood flooring, and paper. It features weathering functions including rain, revolution, rotation, and spray.

[Instrument Features]

  1. Uses a 2500W long-arc xenon lamp to truly simulate the daylight spectrum.

  2. High-transmittance filter combination using 95% transmittance filters and filter cylinders, achieving the required irradiance with lower power consumption, making the instrument more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

  3. Digital irradiance setting with real-time monitoring and closed-loop automatic adjustment, providing the most stable irradiance test light source for different standards (optional bands: 340nm, 420nm, 300-400nm, and 300-800nm).

  4. Detection and wireless transmission use optical-to-electrical conversion technology for power, requiring no separate power source.

  5. Black Panel Thermometer (BPT), Standard Black Thermometer (BST), and radiometer detect at the same position (equidistant) as the samples, truly reflecting the specimen's test condition. Data is synchronously transmitted using wireless RF technology.

  6. Industrial temperature control (cooling) system and multi-level ultrasonic humidification intelligent control system rapidly adjust the test chamber's temperature and humidity, ensuring accuracy and stability.

  7. Multiple operation modes (rain, light/dark alternation, revolution, rotation) can simulate real climatic conditions.

  8. All specimen holders feature individual timing, allowing different specimens to be tested in the same machine. This facilitates test monitoring and reduces operating costs. Running time and individual timers are protected against power outages to prevent data loss.

  9. 10.4-inch extra-large color touchscreen reduces failures associated with membrane panel buttons. Multiple test monitoring modes (animation, digital, charts) make operation convenient, intuitive, and clear.

  10. Quality assurance for continuous operation of up to 1000 hours in a single test.

The light/dark alternation function strictly follows the AATCC 4 standard, where the xenon lamp automatically turns on and off according to a specific time ratio (replacing the previous 180° flipping of specimen holders), and temperature/humidity can change according to the standard.
