Applicable Scope:
Developed in accordance with the national standards for safety nets and safety helmets, this equipment is specifically designed for UV irradiation preconditioning prior to the testing of safety nets and safety helmets. With high automation and easy operation, it is widely used in safety net and safety helmet manufacturing enterprises, major quality inspection institutions, and construction engineering testing stations.

Instrument Features:

  1. Control System: Fully automatic control via a touch screen (microcontroller/SCM). The timer features an automatic accumulation function.

  2. Temperature Control System: Utilizes a high-precision temperature controller.

  3. Chamber: Constructed with a cold-rolled steel electrical control cabinet featuring double-side opening doors for rapid specimen installation.

  4. Xenon Lamp: Uses a 450W short-pulse high-pressure xenon lamp equipped with a dedicated trigger for stable and reliable performance.

  5. Timer Range: 0-999 hours. The system automatically powers off when the set test duration is reached.

  6. Photosensitive Sensor: Built-in over-temperature protection system and photosensitive sensor. If the xenon lamp unexpectedly extinguishes during the test, the equipment will automatically pause the timer and save the elapsed time. Timing can resume and accumulate once the lamp is replaced.

  7. Cooling Method: Air-cooled system. An exhaust device at the top of the instrument effectively increases airflow volume with faster, stable rotation that is resistant to damage. The bottom-inlet and top-outlet airflow design ensures the internal temperature of the test chamber remains below the standard-required 60℃. The xenon lamp features an automatic protection function when the cooling system stops.

  8. Protection Device: The equipment is equipped with an internal protection system. If a device failure is detected, it will automatically cut off all power within the test chamber to ensure the safety of both the equipment and the laboratory. The control panel has a memory function to save the last recorded time.
