Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    This equipment is developed according to the lateral rigidity and chin strap strength testing requirements specified in the new national standard GB/T 2812-2006 "Test methods for safety helmets". It is used to test the lateral compressive resistance and chin strap strength of safety helmets. Integrating two testing functions in one unit, it features a high degree of automation and easy operation. It is widely used by safety helmet manufacturers, quality inspection units, and construction engineering testing stations.

【Scope of Application】

【Instrument Features】

  1. Automatic Control: Adopts a microcomputer automatic control system. The test process is fully automatic, collecting, processing, and analyzing test data throughout the procedure without manual calculation. It features automatic speed regulation and displays test results automatically upon completion, ensuring convenient operation and accurate data.

  2. Microcomputer System: Controlled by a microcomputer (MCU), equipped with printing functionality.

  3. Servo Drive: Utilizes a new structural principle with servo motor variable speed control. The loading process is controlled by the MCU, achieving stepless speed regulation. (This avoids the non-compliance issues found in some manufacturers' equipment that use ordinary motors for constant speed control).

  4. High-Precision Sensor: Uses a German-imported high-precision digital tension/compression force sensor with 0.5% accuracy. A single sensor set automatically completes the tests without the need to dismantle the force sensor, making operation more convenient and intelligent.

  5. Real-time Display: During the test, the instrument displays real-time speed, test status, and test force value.

  6. Data Processing: Displays test time, automatically latches maximum force value, and automatically calculates deformation and residual deformation.

  7. Lateral Rigidity Report: Displays the standard-required plate displacements Y1, Y2, Y3, deformation D1, and residual deformation D2. Test reports can be printed directly.

  8. Chin Strap Report: Displays the load at which the chin strap breaks or slips. Test reports can be printed directly.

  9. Head Form: Complies with the standard 1# head form, featuring stable support for use in combination with a simulated artificial chin.

  10. Displacement Calculation: Automatically calculates displacement based on pulse signals during lateral rigidity testing.

  11. Standard Compliance: The loading rate and force values during the test process fully meet the requirements of GB/T 2812-2006 test methods 4.5.2 and 4.8.2.
