Scope of Application

【Operating Instructions】

    This equipment is developed according to the new national standard GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Helmets". It is used for high-temperature pre-treatment before safety helmet testing or as specialized equipment for high-temperature resistance pre-treatment as specified in GB/T 2811-2019. With high automation and easy operation, it is widely used in safety net manufacturing enterprises, major quality inspection institutions, construction engineering testing stations, and safety helmet manufacturing enterprises.

Instrument Features

  1. Time Control: Equipped with a high-precision timer with timing function. The timing duration can be self-adjusted, and an audible alarm will sound when the set time is reached.

  2. Temperature Control System: PID digital microcomputer temperature control for accurate regulation. It adopts solid-state relays, which are contactless and spark-free, ensuring safety, explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, and environmentally friendly operation.

  3. Circulation Air System: Strong convection air duct design combined with a fully copper three-proof centrifugal motor ensures continuous circulation airflow and uniform temperature throughout the chamber.

  4. Heating Device: All-stainless steel finned heating system offers flexible temperature control, minimal temperature fluctuation, and rapid heating speed, providing high cost-effectiveness and low after-sales maintenance costs.

  5. External Structure: The cabinet is made of fully automatic CNC sheet metal with high-quality welding, ensuring a distinct and aesthetically pleasing shape. The interior is constructed from stainless steel.

  6. Viewing Window Structure: 3C certified double-layer tempered glass, which is high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and highly transparent, facilitating observation of the conditions inside the test chamber.

  7. Temperature Sensing Device: PT100 metal sensor for accurate and rapid testing.

  8. Temperature Display: Equipped with a high-precision temperature display.
